    This chia pudding recipe is so easy to make, and it is highly nutritious and delicious.

    Chia pudding can be made vegan and is naturally gluten-free!

    We highly recommend adding chia seeds to your diet, and chia pudding is an excellent way to do that. Chia seeds are high on our list because of their high protein and nutrient content. They are also great for skin health and digestion.

    Chia pudding can be made into many different flavors, like this berry chia pudding recipe.

    Ingredients

    To make basic chia pudding, you only need 2 ingredients!

    • chia seeds
    • milk alternative

    Optional additions:

    • date paste or sweetener of choice
    • vanilla extract
    • ground cinnamon

    Instructions

    Place all the ingredients in a container with a tight-fitting lid.

    To make basic chia pudding, you only need 2 ingredients!

    Shake vigorously until there are no dry patches of chia seeds and they are evenly dispersed.

    Chill in the fridge for at least 20 minutes or overnight. The chia seeds will soak up the alternative milk and thicken into a pudding-like texture.

    Serve with your favorite toppings or solo!

    Keep refrigerated. Best within 5 days.

    • 1 cup milk alternative
    • 1 tbsp date paste or sweetener of choice optional
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract optional
    • ½ tsp ground cinnamon optional

    Instructions

    • Place all the ingredients in a container with a tight-fitting lid.
    • Shake vigorously until there are no dry patches of chia seeds and they are evenly dispersed.
    • Chill in the fridge for at least 20 minutes or overnight. The chia seeds will soak up the alternative milk and thicken into a pudding-like texture.
    • Serve with your favorite toppings or solo!

    Notes

    • If you prefer a thicker chia pudding let the pudding set overnight.
